Dwyane Wade open to leaving Bulls because of their mediocrity

The Bulls are mediocre this season, hovering around the .500 mark, and that’s not good enough for Dwyane Wade.

The veteran guard chose Chicago this offseason after departing from the Heat for the first time in his career. But at 35 years old, Wade is looking at the few years he has left of his playing days and wondering if the Bulls will be the right fit.

“I’m playing basketball,” Schroder told The AJC. “If he think that he got to curse at my mom or say some dumb stuff about my family, that has nothing to do with basketball. That’s his choice. I’ve got too much class for that. Next one, we are going to get it.”

Thomas addressed Schroder’s comments on Sunday, telling reporters, “I don’t talk about nobody’s mom. I don’t cuss at nobody’s mom. And I don’t talk about people’s families. So whatever he said, that’s a 100 percent lie, and he knows that.” Thomas went on to say he doesn’t want to talk about Schroder any longer because “he’s not even on the level that I’m trying to be on.”

Schroder and Thomas have a history dating back to the 2016 NBA playoffs. Thomas took a swing at Schroder’s head in Game 3 of the first-round series, and Schroder retaliated with a hard hip check on the ensuing possession.

It was Thomas who won the battle on Friday, scoring a game-high 28 points, including a game-winning fadeaway jumper in the final seconds. Schroder finished with 4 points on 2-of-11 shooting New Nike NFL Jerseys after struggling with foul trouble.

Thomas and Schroder will have a chance to rekindle the rivalry on NHL Jerseys Wholesale Feb. 27 in Boston and April 6 in Atlanta. Let’s try to keep the mothers out of it, guys.
